My Myspace
Includes a video from Youtube.com of my quartet at Twins Jazz Club.

Kevin Pace, Bassist
One of the best bass players playing today and my friend for over 20 years. Kevin has a solid beat, swings hard and has always been a pleasure to know and work with. He is THE bass player to call for any type of engagement.

Alex Shubert-Bop Pianist and Composer
An up and coming pianist/composer that embodies the spirit and style of bop giants Bud Powell, Barry Harris and Thelonious Monk.

Rodney Richardson-Jazz Guitarist and Composer
The most authentic jazz guitarist in DC. Rodney plays the past, present and future of jazz. Don't miss a chance to hear him play.

Gene D'Andrea, Pianist and Composer
Gene is a very talented composer and pianist in the D.C. area. His compositions are meticulously arranged, harmonically interesting and rhythmically satisfying.

Ben Tufts, Drummer and Composer
Ben is among my favorite drummers and a dear friend. Ben's versitility, good-nature and steady beat make him my first call for jazz quartet gigs.

Stephen Coffman, Drummer
Steve is an incredible musician and one of my favorite drummers to work with. You'll hear about him one day, if you haven't already.

Jon Metzger-Jazz Vibist, Composer, and Educator
My jazz mentor. Jon is a world-class vibist and a brilliant composer.

Leigh Pilzer, Saxophonist and Arranger
An excellent arranger, teacher and baritone saxophonist.

Wally West, Music Resource and Saxophonist
Wally West is a fantastic musician and knows the music business like no one else I know. He is also a great friend and hilarious.

Elon University
My alma mater. Jon Metzger is the Director of the Jazz Studies Program.

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
Go Heels! I spent time at UNC-CH forging some of the best relationships of my life. Jim Ketch, director of Jazz Studies, runs a swinging program and hosts the Carolina Jazz Festival. The festival is held every year at the end of February/early March and brings in top-notch musicians to work and play with the students. The after-hours jam sessions at local bars are the highlight of the weekend.

Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center
The University of Maryland's Performing Arts Center. Check out the "Take Five on Tuesdays" series for free, intimate and informal performances of dance, theatre, music and poetry.

Del Ray School of Music
I am currently the Woodwind Instructor here.

Moore Music Company
My go-to place for music, mouthpieces, reeds and anything else I might need. An excellent stock and terrific staff. Ask for Dave.
